Washington, DC—(ENEWSPF)—June 10, 2014. The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
Spc. Terry J. Hurne, 34, of Merced, California, died June 9, in Logar province, Afghanistan, from a non-combat related incident.
He was assigned to the 710th Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, New York.
