Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- The Rich East Rockets Booster Club will have its first meeting of the year at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 12, in the Rich East media center, 300 Sauk Trail, Park Forest.
Parents of Rich East students, whether or not they are involved in athletics or activities are encouraged to attend. It is vital that parents become involved. The Booster Club awards nearly a dozen scholarships and also has Rocket gear available for purchase at major sporting events throughout the school year. If more members of the Rich East community family are not involved this year, scholarships may not be available to students.
