CHICAGO--(ENEWSPF)--August 4, 2015.  Mayor Rahm Emanuel yesterday hosted more than 300 labor, community and business leaders at Malcolm X College to discuss his workforce initiative, the 1000 Jobs for Chicagoland Manufacturing campaign.
