Park Forest Public Library to Offer Coffee Hour for Service Members

Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Starting Friday, March 29 at 9:00am, the Park Forest Public Library, 400 Lakewood Blvd, will be hosting a coffee hour for veterans and active-duty service members.

Coffee & Conversation will be held on the last Friday of each month and service members will be treated to free coffee and light refreshments. Immediately following the first coffee hour, service members will be invited to hear Guest Speaker Allen Lynch, a Medal of Honor recipient.

“Please join us for free coffee, friendly conversation, and resources on accessing veteran’s benefits,” the PFPL said in an announcement.

The mission of the Park Forest Public Library is to open doors to a world of information, education, and recreation, and is dedicated to being a vital part of the community.
