Chicago, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Expanded Early Voting for the November 8 Presidential Election began this morning with an announcement by Cook County Clerk David Orr and officials from the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners at the Museum of Broadcast Communications in Chicago.
