Chicago Heights, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Marian Catholic juniors from Mrs. Miller’s, Ms. Kowynia’s, Mrs. Golden’s and Mr. DeLaurentis’ English classes took over the MCHS Library to present the results of their research into various aspects of life in the 1920’s at the Gatsby Museums.

Following their study of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic novel, The Great Gatsby, students demonstrated examples of dance, fashion, prohibition, gangsters, inventions, economics, jazz, sports and the movies, with many students dressing up in 20’s clothing and taking the parts of famous figures from the era to illustrate their topics.
