Senator Durbin Statement on U.S. District Court of Appeals Decision Regarding Conflict Minerals

WASHINGTON, D.C.--(ENEWSPF)--April 15, 2014.  Assistant Majority Leader Dick Durbin (D-IL) released the following statement yesterday after the US District Court of Appeals in Washington DC upheld most of the key provisions of the Security and Exchange Commission’s conflict minerals regulations.
