Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Rich East High School provided the following statistics from two Girls Varsity Basketball games held last week:
In the February 16, 2009 game between Rich East High School and Chicago George Washington High School, the Rockets topped George Washington 72 to 51.
Nicolette Stevenson scored 23 points,had 7 reounds, and 6 steals. Diamond Burt had 15 poimts, 6 assists, and 5 steals. Bradley for George Washington had 21 points.

The Rich East Rockets were defeated on February 17 by Rich South in a first round regional game 46-38.
Sidney Streator scored 14 points, had 12 rebounds, and 3 blocked shots. T. Ali had 24 points for Rich South to lead all scorers.
