“I am pleased that House Republicans and Democrats could come together on a budget that ensures that we pay our bills and keep the government open. I made explicitly clear that I would not support any budget agreement that cut Social Security, Medicare or Medicaid benefits, and this budget contains no such toxic cuts. In addition, this budget ensures that Medicare Part B recipients won’t see a drastic and unaffordable $55 . . .
