Unitarian Universalist Community Church’s January 10th Service to Discuss Mental Health Issues


Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—January 5, 2016. On Sunday, January 10th at 10:00 a.m., the Unitarian Universalist Community Church’s (UUCC) service will be led by Lisa Guardiola and the National Alliance for Mentally Ill (NAMI). The purpose of this presentation is to educate the community that there is hope and recovery for someone living with a mental illness. Lisa Guardiola lives with schizophrenia and will talk about her journey to reaching recovery and living her life with a mental illness.

UUCC is located at 70 Sycamore Drive, Park Forest. UUCC is located about 1 mile south of the intersection of Sauk Trail and Western Avenue. Sycamore Drive extends east from Western Avenue.  For a map, click here.
