Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—September 14, 2014. The Park Forest Police Department, 200 Lakewood Boulevard, will be accepting prescription drugs for disposal as part of National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day. The event will take place on Saturday, September 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible way of disposing of prescription drugs while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.
Please note: Only prescription drugs will be accepted. No needles or syringes.
