Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)— Park Forest-Chicago Heights School District 163’s Summer Baggie Book Mobile will make its rounds in District neighborhoods Monday through Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., from Monday, June 16, to Thursday, July 31.
Prekindergarten through eighth grade students and their parents will be able to check out books carried by the white van with their Baggie Book Mobile library card. When students visit the van to check out books they also will be treated to a story read to them by Miss BERTHA (We Believe That Reading Everyday Teaches Us to Achieve Success). The students’ library cards are punched as they check out books, and at the conclusion of the Book Mobile’s season, students whose library cards indicate they have checked out books each week and returned them will receive a treat.
