Attorneys General Call on National Retailers to Disclose Information on Use of Controversial “On-Call” Scheduling Practice for Workers
Chicago —(ENEWSPF)--April 13, 2016. Attorney General Lisa Madigan today joined with seven other states and the District of Columbia to send letters to 15 national retail companies over their use of “on-call” shifts that may create significant roadblocks for workers seeking to earn a stable and steady paycheck.
