Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- This week’s Main Street Nights entertainment featured Funkadesi – Community Drum Circle at 7 p.m. where everyone had the opportunity to be a part of the band. The musicians from Funkadesi led the audience in some very powerful drumming.
At 7:45 p.m., Funkadesi will took the stage. The 5-time winner of the Chicago Music Awards, Funkadesi is capturing the attention of the U.S. and the rest of the globe, and has been hailed by Time Magazine. Experience Funkadesi’s one-world sound, roots-watering vision, and positive vibe make the band a unique and compelling musical force.
The free concerts and events run every Wednesday through August 7. Next week’s lineup includes Cold Blooded Creatures and Creole Stomp.
