Recall Summary

Name of product:  Decorative lamps

Hazard:  The lamps have exposed wiring at the base. This poses shock and fire hazards to consumers.

Recall Details

Units:  About 8,000

Description:  This recall involves “Butterfly Clip Light” (SKU# 416593) and “Shell Clip Light” (SKU #416955) lamps that feature a Tiffany-style stained glass shade resembling a seashell or a multicolored butterfly. The seashell lamps measure 5.5-inches tall and 1.5-inches wide, and weigh around 1.5 pounds. The butterfly lamps measure 10.5-inches tall and 7.5-inches wide, and weigh around 2 pounds. Both lamps use a 7-watt type C bulb and have a plug-in cord with a cord-mounted on/off thumb-switch. The SKU number can be found on the product’s packaging. 

Incidents/Injuries:  None reported.

Remedy:  Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled decorative lights, unplug and return them to any Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® or by mail to Angel’s Touch Collections, 2732 Teaster Lane, Suite 119, Pigeon Forge, TN 37868, for a full refund, including shipping.

Sold exclusively at:  Cracker Barrel Old Country Store locations nationwide and online at www.crackerbarrel.com from November 2012 through February 2013 for about $40.
