Trump – Putin Summit Happening ‘Within Weeks’ – UK Press Announcement Now Denied by 2 Trump Staff

NEW YORK–(ENEWSPF)–January 15, 2017

The UK’s Sunday Times reports that Donald Trump is planning his first overseas trip, probably in Iceland, within weeks of the inauguration to hold a summit with Vladimir Putin. Ostensibly, the meeting would be to make a deal on nuclear weapons and address the threat of terrorism. Trump has already stated that he is willing to drop sanctions on Russia for its takeover of the Crimea and its military actions in the eastern Ukraine in return for cooperation on fighting terrorism. This would be a coup for Putin because it would normalize Russian military aggression in the Ukraine and eastern Europe. UK government sources appear to be horrified by these developments. UK intelligence officers involved in Russia are in fear for their lives.

This is all happening while revelations of Trump’s ties to Russia, including hacking, possible blackmail, and financial backing of his campaign are casting doubt on Trump’s allegiance to the United States of America. All the billions of military spending on NATO could be rendered null and void by Putin’s backdoor hack of American democracy.

This is not a rumor. Journalists have been talking directly with Trump’s transition team.

www.theguardian.com/…

A source who discussed the plan with Trump and officials at the Russian embassy in London told the Times: “The idea of a summit with Putin is definitely on the cards. The Russians are also keen on it.”

A Trump adviser confirmed the president-elect’s intention to meet Putin very soon and said that Reykjavik was under active consideration.

“What does Putin want?” the adviser said. “Prestige, centre stage at the summit, the one-on-one meeting, the hand on the back from Trump. That gives the US tremendous leverage. Mr Trump is master of the photo op and he will use that skill.”

Of course, what Putin really wants is to make Russia great again. The first step was taking back Crimea which was historically part of Russia. The second step was to intimidate the Ukraine to stay within Russian domination. The third step is to normalize it.

Update: Now comes the denial. Perhaps there is infighting among Trump’s staff. Perhaps the recent Russian revelations have scared Trump’s team into a change of plans. Or maybe someone was lying to hide the truth in a fog of lies. That’s the trouble with covering Trump. The truth is like a needle in a haystack of lies. www.bloomberg.com/…

Two senior aides to Donald Trump denied a report that his advisers had told U.K. officials the incoming president’s first foreign trip will be a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Reykjavik. Russian officials also derided the report.

The Sunday Times of London reported that advisers to Trump had told U.K. officials the president-elect might meet his Russian counterpart at a neutral venue such as Iceland, potentially within weeks of taking office.

However, we still know the truth about Rex Tillerson and Trump’s plans to promote fossil fuels and attack renewable energy. The plans benefit Russia and hurt the United States. end update.

Oil and gas is dominant the source of foreign exchange for the Russian economy. The selection of Exxon’s Rex Tillerson for Secretary of State places a Russian corporate officer in control of the foreign policy of the United States. www.theguardian.com/… Tillerson’s interests in developing Russian oil and gas are in direct conflict with the American national interest in developing clean energy to become independent of foreign energy sources, ending the wars and conflicts over oil.

Rex Tillerson, the businessman nominated by Donald Trump to be the next US secretary of state, was the long-time director of a US-Russian oil firm based in the tax haven of the Bahamas, leaked documents show.

Tillerson – the chief executive of ExxonMobil – became a director of the oil company’s Russian subsidiary, Exxon Neftegas, in 1998. His name – RW Tillerson – appears next to other officers who are based at Houston, Texas; Moscow; and Sakhalin, in Russia’s far east.

The leaked 2001 document comes from the corporate registry in the Bahamas. It was one of 1.3m files given to the Germany newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung by an anonymous source.

Climate change threatens global security on every continent except Antarctica. It threatens American agriculture, American coastal cities and American naval bases, especially our largest base in Norfolk, Virginia. 128 military bases are threatened by rising sea level. www.navytimes.com/…

Rising oceans will swallow parts of the world’s biggest naval base by the end of the century, according to experts who warn that it will take billions of dollars in upgrades to prepare these facilities. Naval Station Norfolk in Virginia and 17 other U.S. military installations sitting on waterfront property are looking at hundreds of floods a year and in some cases could be mostly submerged by 2100, according to a new report from the Union of Concerned Scientists. Based on these calculations, the report says a three-foot sea level rise would threaten 128 U.S. military bases, valued at roughly $100 billion.
Nine of those bases are major hubs for the Navy: In addition to Norfolk, flooding threatens Naval Station Mayport, Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay in Georgia and the Naval Academy in Maryland, where 2003’s Hurricane Isabel flooded classrooms, dormitories and athletic facilities.

But acting on climate change would hurt the Russian economy. Trump, who’s Mar-a-lago resort in Florida is threatened by rising seas and intensifying late season hurricanes such as Mitch, Sandy and Matthew, is denying climate change despite the threat to his property. Trump is neither acting in American interest or in the interests of protecting his property but he is acting in the Russian interest when he denies climate change, promotes fossil fuels and attacks renewable energy.

The exact details of why Mr. Putin has so much influence over Donald Trump have not been verified, but Trump is clearly behaving in a way that benefits our adversary, Russia, while imperiling  American interests. This is a constitutional crisis.
