The shoes just keep on dropping for the Russian-friendly Trump administration. A new report has the details about how the Trump campaign KNEW of and APPROVED of Carter Page’s visit to Moscow:

Lewandowski is walking this back, and issuing a non-denial, by the way by saying he could “possibly” have approved but there were thousands of emails so he can’t recall the exact details of this quickly dripping leak that is the Trump connection to Russia.
Page then emailed Lewandowski and spokeswoman Hope Hicks asking for formal approval, and was told by Lewandowski that he could make the trip, but not as an official representative of the campaign, the former campaign adviser said. The adviser spoke on the condition of anonymity because he has not been authorized to discuss internal campaign matters.
The trip is now a focus of congressional and FBI investigations into Russian influence in the 2016 presidential election.
I think that Carter Page, who has been called to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee, is going to be the one to quickly flip on Team Trump.
