SD 163 Announces, “It’s Time To Read”

Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)— Park Forest-Chicago Heights School District 163’s Summer Baggie Book Mobile will begin its third season of bringing library books to the District’s neighborhoods on Monday, June 18. The white van will travel throughout the District 163 area loaning books to District 163 pre-kindergarten through eighth grade students and their parents Monday through Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., until August 2. The Book Mobile will not be in operation during the week of July 2.

When students visit the van to check out books with their Baggie Book Mobile library card, they also will be treated to a story read by Miss BERTHA (We Believe That Reading Everyday Teaches Us to Achieve Success). The students’ library cards also will be punched.
