Chicago Heights, IL–(ENEWSPF)– The Marian Catholic High School Band Parents will present their 28th annual Oktoberfest on Sunday, Oct. 11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the school’s East Gymnasium, Sr. M. Paul McCaughey Leadership Center and several hallways.
More than 100 crafters and vendors will be on-hand with a huge assortment of holiday gifts at the event, which will also include great food, a bake sale, raffle and performances by the Marian Band Ensembles.
Admission for Oktoberfest is $1, while senior citizens and children under age 12 are free. More information may be obtained by calling Lisa Collins at 815-277-2072 or the Marian Band web site at www.marianchs.com.
One of the Band’s primary fund-raisers will help finance the Band’s visit to Pasadena during the Christmas Break, where the Band will march in the Jan. 1 Tournament of Roses Parade®.
