Community Classes at Rich East Return to Rich East January 30

Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Rich East High School, 300 Sauk Trail, Park Forest, will be hosting the second in a series of community classes from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 30. This series includes computer skills, culinary arts, wellness, line dancing, legacy initiative, careers that work, math made easy, right-to-read, chorus-community choir.

The program is being funded through a special $232,000 School Improvement Grant from the Illinois State Board of Education. The classes are only open to all Park Forest residents, including Rich East students.

Information: 708-679-6100, between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Persons interested may sign up for up to three classes. All classes are free of charge but registration is required. Other classes are scheduled for Saturdays, Feb. 6 and March 6. More classes will run on selected Saturdays through May.
