Civic Engagement Event to be Held at Governors State University on Feb. 10


Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)–January 28, 2016. Please join The League of Women Voters – Park Forest Area and the staff of the Governors State University (GSU) Civic Engagement and Community Service Center for an afternoon discussion. Topics will include Civic Engagement, Service Learning and Community Service. The event will take place in Engbretson Hall on the Governors State University Campus, 1 University Parkway, University Park, on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Engbretson Hall is convienently located near the cafeteria.

The program is open to the public and anyone interested in the topic is encouraged to attend to learn more about this important issue.
