CHICAGO—(ENEWSPF)—April 1, 2014. Roosevelt University will hold its annual spring career and internship fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, April 10 at the University’s Lillian and Larry Goodman Center, 501 S. Wabash Avenue, Chicago.
Roosevelt students, alumni and members of the public are invited to attend the fair where dozens of representatives of local, national and international companies, government entities and organizations will be on hand to discuss potential career/internship opportunities.
This event offers participants the chance to network and become connected with prospective employers. The fair is expected to draw as many as 500 job seekers. As many as 35 employers are expected to be on hand including the American Red Cross, Catholic Charities of the Chicago Archdiocese, the City of Chicago, Live Nation Entertainment, Hilton Worldwide, the U.S. Department of State-Bureau of Diplomatic Security, to name just a few.
The fair is free to all students and alumni with Roosevelt ID cards. Cost is $10 for all others. A photographer will be on hand to take professional head shots of job seekers. Photos are free to students and alumni. Cost is $5 for all others.
