Chicago Heights, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Last week, 27 high school seniors from Bloom and Bloom Trail visited Prairie State College learning about different job opportunities. The students are part of the Professional Young Women’s Network, a mentoring group that provides the students with the opportunity to learn about different careers. During the visit the young women heard presentations on careers in nursing, industrial technology, and short term medical certificates.
