Chicago Heights, IL–(ENEWSPF)– The Prairie State College Social Science Department presented leadership awards to Salima Carpenter, of Lynwood, and Katrina Trejo, of Beecher. Both students displayed leadership qualities in the classroom by helping classmates with assignments and demonstrated their abilities to master the subject matter from the first day of class.
