Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Stephan O’Neal, a student at Rich East High School, described by school officials as a standout athlete, signed a letter-of-intent last week to play football at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. With O’Neal at the signing in Park Forest are his parents, Charles and Felicia.
