Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Park Forest’s Committee for Non-Partisan Local Government has set three forum dates so far.
The first will be on February 6 in Park Forest Village Hall. This forum will be sponsored by the League of Women Voters of the Park Forest Area and will begin at 2:00 p.m.
Kiwanis will hold it’s forum at the Matteson Holiday Inn at 7:00 p.m. on March 1.
On March 27, the Park Forest Public Library will host a forum in the newly-remodeled Ringering Room at 2:00 p.m.
There is one more date to be set, the forum sponsored by the cooperatives.
The forums will last two hours. The first 15 minutes will be for the Library Board, then 45 minutes for the three unopposed Village Trustee Candidates. The last hour will be for the two mayoral candidates.
