New Survey of 100 Illinois Child Care Providers Shows Devastating Effects from Rauner Rules Changes

CHICAGO --(ENEWSPF)--November 5, 2015.  An anonymous survey of 100 child care providers in 33 municipalities conducted in recent weeks shows that parents are being denied child care at a rate that could be well beyond current estimates as a result of rules changes instituted unilaterally by the Rauner administration July 1st.
