Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– The League of Women Voters of the Park Forest Area will hold its annual film screening Thursday May 1, 2008, at 6:30 pm at the Park Forest Public Library, 400 Lakewood Boulevard. The public is encouraged to attend.
The film is "Iraq for Sale: The War Profiteers" which is the story of what happens to everyday Americans when corporations go to war. We’ll look into the lives of soldiers, truck drivers, widows and children whose lives have been changed by the connections between private corporation making a killing in Iraq and the decision makers who allow them to do so.
