Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- As of this writing just after 11 PM Tuesday evening, the National Weather Service in Chicago says there’s a “20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 PM.” The day is expected to be mostly sunny, with a high near 85. The wind is expected to be mild, coming from the west at 5 to 10 mph. All of this means signs point to “Yes!” for the Village BBQ and Main Street Nights, slated for Wednesday.
AccuWeather, as of this writing, shows no rain at all expected for Wednesday. Look for a high of 86 and the AccuWeather RealFeel to be around 91.
If it finally happens, the Resident Appreciation Community Barbeque, as it is more properly called, will get underway at 6 PM on the Village Green.
