Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Alderman Danny Solis, and Planning and Development Commissioner David Reifman today announced a tentative settlement with the proposed buyer of Chicago’s old Post Office that establishes a strict timeframe for a private purchase and redevelopment project to move forward.
