Master in Educational Administration Information Sessions


University Park, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Representatives from Governors State University will host an information session for certified teachers interested in earning a Master of Arts in Educational Administration on Thursday, September 17, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., at Heritage Middle School, 19250 Burnham Avenue, Lansing, Illinois.

University representatives will provide information on the cohort program with coursework leading to a Type 75 certificate, and an increase in skills, qualifications, and, potentially, income.

This cohort program requires only two years to complete, is open to certified teachers with two years experience, and is limited to 25 participants. Classes are held at Heritage Middle School, Lansing. The application deadline is Wednesday, October 15, 2008. Classes begin in the winter trimester.

Master of Arts Information Session at Coolidge Elementary

Representatives from Governors State University will host an information session for certified teachers interested in earning a Master of Arts in Education and increasing their skills, qualifications, and, potentially, their income, on Tuesday, September 23, from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m., at Calvin Coolidge Elementary School, 17845 Henry Street, Lansing.

Cohort classes will meet two days a week after school at Calvin Coolidge Elementary. The cohort is open to certified teachers with two years experience, and is limited to 25 participants. The application deadline is Wednesday, October 15, 2008. Classes begin in the winter trimester.
