Park Forest Health Department Nurses Plus (VOPF)

Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Rich Township, in collaboration with the Park Forest Health Department, presents its annual Health Screening Clinic for men, June 8, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Park Forest Health Department.

All services are free for men residing in the Rich Township area, 60 years and older.

Men’s physical includes: Prostate specific antigen (PSA) blood test, hemoglobin (anemia test), prostate exam, testicular self exam (TSE) instruction, lipid (cholesterol) profile and glucose (fast 9-12 hours before testing), stool occult blood screening, height/weight, blood pressure, and vision screening.
