Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)–January 23 2016. Representatives from the American Cancer Association will hold a Kickoff Celebration for Relay For Life of the Far South Suburbs on Tuesday, Jan. 26, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., at the Richton Park Public Library located at 22310 Latonia Lane in Richton Park.

Relay For Life is a community event where teams and individuals camp out and take turns walking or running around a track or path. Each team has at least one participant on the track at all times and participates in fundraising that supports the American Cancer Society’s mission to save lives and finish the fight against cancer. Four million people participated in more than 6,100 events worldwide in 2015.
