The Drama Group is excited to announce our 88th Season. It is jam-packed with something for everyone; dynamic musicals – ‘Sister Act,’ ‘In the Heights’ and ‘A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum; and classic drama – ‘A Raisin in the Sun’ and ‘Dancing at Lughnasa’ and a very special summer 2019 treat.
The season opens on October 12, with the blockbuster musical – ‘Sister Act’ presented in conjunction with S.A.M.B.A’s (Southland Arts Municipalities Businesses Alliance) annual offering – ‘Made in America Festival.’
And in the summer of 2019, we are exceptionally pleased to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of our Exchange Program with The Stables Theatre in Hastings, England. For the first time, both Theatre Companies will share the stage for four weeks. This collaboration will be performed here in the U.S. for two weeks and transfer to England for the final two weeks. Join us in June 2019 for this one-of-a kind experience.
