The Adult Learning Exchange (T.A.L.E.) Announces Its Spring 2011 Schedule

University Park, IL—(ENEWSPF)—March 29, 2011.  The Adult Learning Exchange (T.A.L.E.) announces its Spring 2011 Schedule.  Five classes will be given on Fridays, April 8th—May 27th (8-week session) at Governors State University, 1 University Parkway, University Park, IL.

Two Friday morning classes are scheduled:

  • “Introduction to Geology” (10 am-noon), facilitated by Myras Osman and Erma Amstadter; and 
  • “Film Series: Faith and Morality in Cinema” (9:30 amnoon), facilitated by Suzanne Patterson.

Friday afternoon classes (1-3 p.m.) will be:

  • “Hands-On Color Theory,“ facilitated by Diane DuBois; “Abraham Lincoln,” facilitated by William Mitchell; and 
  • “In Search Of Justice” facilitated by Keith Kemp and Larry Levinson, PhD. 

T.A.L.E. is a partnership program of JCC Chicago and Governors State University.  These programs are designed to provide an opportunity for adults in the greater South Suburban and Northwest Indiana region to find pleasure in intellectual challenges and the acquisition and sharing of knowledge.
