Sertoma Centre, Inc. Opens New Division in Matteson

Matteson, IL–(ENEWSPF)– An open house was held on Wednesday, March 3rd, 2011 at 4331 West Lincoln Highway, Suite A, in Matteson, Illinois to introduce Redwood Counseling and Wellness Centre to the community. Representatives from many local agencies and facilities were invited to attend including; education, rehabilitation, child welfare, religious, psychiatric, social services, police, medical and the legal court systems.

Carmel Browne, Mental Health Services Manager along with her staff provided specific information about the various services provided as well as tours of the facility and refreshments. Ms. Browne stated "Redwood Counseling and Wellness Centre is an excellent agency staffed by committed and motivated clinicians who are fully invested in being change agents. I am excited about being a part of such a wonderful organization at its inception."

The new centre will provide services for the community which include; individual therapy, couple therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Redwood staff will also facilitate health and wellness seminars and workshops, skill building workshops, and educational seminars. The cities, towns and villages within Rich Township will benefit from these services and workshops such as Anger Management and Bullying Prevention.

Redwood Counseling and Wellness Center accepts insurance and private pay for services.
