Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—August 4, 2014. The Unitarian Universalist Community Church (UUCC), 70 Sycamore Drive, Park Forest, will host a healthy living group on ‘Raw Foods.’ The event will be held on Thursday, August 14 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Come join us as we learn about the health benefits of eating more raw foods. Watch Lynn Lidbury prepare several raw dishes, get recipes, enjoy tastings and learn tips to improve your health. Lynn has been eating a largely raw food diet for three years.
There is a suggested donation of $5 per person to help cover the cost of the food. All are welcome – invite your friends and neighbors.
