The Park Forest Historical Society will host a presentation on ‘The Causes of World War 1’ on Sunday, November 12 at 2:30 p.m. at Park Forest Village Hall, 350 Victory Drive. The event is free and open to the public.
Dr. Magne B. Olsen, retired Professor of History at Chicago State University and past President of the Park Forest Historical Society, will be the speaker. April 2017 was the 100th anniversary of the U.S. involvement in World War I.
