The Park Forest Health Department is now offering flu shots in its office located in the lower level of Park Forest Village Hall, 350 Victory Drive.
The cost is:
$30 for those ages 19 through 64,
$20 for those 18 years and under,
Free for Medicare Part B recipients (must bring copy of Medicare card).
Pneumonia 23 shots are available to Seniors for $90 (Medicare will only pay once)
No appointment is necessary. Shots are available Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For additional information, call 708-748-1118.
