‘Do You Really Have the GUTS to be Healthy’ Presentation at South Suburban Food Co-op on September 17

Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—September 4, 2014. The South Suburban Food Co-op, 208 Forest Boulevard, Park Forest, will host a special presentation by Nancy Lee Bently, holistic health expert entitled ‘Do You Really Have the GUTS to be Health.’ The event will take place on Wednesday, September 17 at 7 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

With her unique trademark wit and wisdom, innovative food and health pioneer, Nancy Lee Bentley, author ‘Truly Cultured’ and ‘Dr. Mercola’s Total Health Program,’ calls-it-like-it-is about the state of our food and health and what it takes to be healthy today. We are facing some hefty challenges yet it is not hopeless if we get together and get real with our food and selves.
