Center On Halsted’s DanceOUT Series Presents an Evening with River North Chicago Dance Company, August 26, 2009


Chicago, IL –(ENEWSPF)– Center on Halsted’s danceOUT series will present an intimate evening of dance rehearsal and conversation with River North Chicago Dance Company on Wednesday, August 26 at 7:00 PM in the Hoover-Leppen Theatre at Center on Halsted, located at 3656 N. Halsted Avenue in Chicago.

River North Chicago Dance Company artistic director Frank Chaves will moderate an insightful and engaging conversation and rehearsal with these world class dancers. The ensemble, founded in 1989, performs at home in Chicago and tours both across the United States and internationally.

danceOUT is Center on Halsted’s season-long series of intimate conversations with world-renowned dancers, choreographers, directors, designers and more, all discussing their lives and careers “up close and personal.” Each conversation is moderated by a variety of local LGBT theatre and dance critics.
