Fresh Starts owner to lecture, demonstrate healthy food preparation
Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)— On Saturday, May 10th, Joann Lindholm, owner of the popular Flossmoor restaurant Fresh Starts, will present “Healthy Cooking” at Dining on the Green in Downtown Park Forest.
Those in attendance will learn what makes a healthy meal and watch a demonstration on how to prepare one. Lindholm will explain how fresh ingredients and moderate portions can make all the difference in the nourishment of your family.
The lecture, demonstration and food sampling event begin at 10 am.
