With Western Ave. reduced to one lane, be careful crossing the EJ&E railroad tracks.
This morning as I was heading to work, I found myself stopped for about a minute on the tracks when all traffic stopped. Two or three cars ahead of me, someone was waiting to make a right turn into the gas station, and was held up by someone else exiting the station.
That left me on the tracks looking east and west for the next train.
Be careful. Only cross the tracks if traffic in front of you is moving. This one caught me by surprise.
