Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Park Forest-Chicago Heights School District 163 is marking its 60th anniversary this year with a celebration of its success from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, May 27, at Forest Trail Middle School, 215 Wilson Street, Park Forest. Past Board of Education members, former teachers and students, and the community are invited to join in the celebration
Festivities begin with a breakfast buffet at 8:30 a.m. A brief welcome by Board of Education President Walter Mosby and Superintendent Joyce Carmine will begin a short program of student presentations and recognition of present and past Board of Education members. At 10 a.m., guests are invited to tour one or two schools of their choice. Transportation to and from the schools will be provided by the School District. The event will conclude at noon.
