CHICAGO--(ENEWSPF)--March 17, 2016. Mayor Rahm Emanuel and the Chicago Department of Planning and Development (DPD) yesterday issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Chicago’s Old Main Post Office complex, seeking to redevelop the long-vacant, West Loop property with a mix of new uses.
