CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–August 5, 2016. Chicago police have released footage showing the shooting of 18-year-old Paul O’Neal. The videos were taken by police car dashboard cameras and police body cameras. The released footage shows four different angles of the incident that led to O’Neal’s death.
