Attorney General Lisa Madigan announced yesterday that she, along with other state Attorneys General, will appeal the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) action to eliminate existing net neutrality. These rules prohibit internet service providers (ISPs) from discriminating among consumers and content providers.
