Juliana v. United States Youth Plaintiffs in DC for Week of Action


Join the #youthvgov Plaintiffs, their attorneys, Senator Ron Wyden at: Speak-Out on the steps of the Supreme Court

Washington, DC—(ENEWSPF)—April 17, 2017.  While the Trump administration works to dismantle climate policy, and delay the ​ Juliana v. United States trial, youth plaintiffs aren’t holding back: they’re taking their message to Washington DC for the “From Truth to Justice” Week of Action.

On ​April 27th, at 9 am EST, join plaintiffs, their attorneys, and Senator Wyden (D-OR) at a “Youth Climate Lawsuit Speak-Out” on the steps of the United States Supreme Court, where their case may eventually be heard. The latest updates on the case will be shared, as well as song, fiery speeches, brief remarks from notable supporters, and insight on what lies ahead in Juliana v. United States later this year.

The plaintiffs and their attorneys will be in DC from Friday, April 21 through Sunday, April 30 to participate in the March for Science on Earth Day (4/22), the People’s Climate Youth Convening (4/28), the People’s Climate March (4/29), and to spread their message in the Halls of Congress and in the streets of DC.
