Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Resident Mary Wallyn from Dogwood Street became the first person to make a purchase at Orchard Fresh Market on Sunday. Entering as the store opened for business, Wallyn said she was pleased with what she saw, “This is wonderful! I just love it. I just hope it stays here.”
Micki McCary from Niagara Street was also one of the first shoppers in the store Sunday, “I’m just really excited to have another store here. Sterk’s just kind of didn’t work out for some reason, and I’m glad I’m here at 7:00 a.m. to check it out. Told all my friends to come here.”
A resident from Forest Boulevard, Michelle Tyler, was glad to get in the store early, “It’s nice. Very convenient,” she said.
“It’s kind of nice for the old people, they have some place to go to,” said Tom Schmitt of Green Street.
