The Village of Park Forest’s Community Relations Team invite you to an Aromatherapy Workshop on Friday, December 1 at Dining on the Green 349 Main Street in DownTown Park Forest. The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
Participants will learn why some plants produce essential oils, where they come from, how they are distilled and how they can improve well-being. There will be a demonstration of how to integrate essential oils into everyday life including diffusing, topical application, inhalation and how to make aromatherapy spritzers.
The first 15 people attending the event will receive a free sample product and additional samples will be available for purchase for $5 each.
